After more than 25 years as a registered nurse and currently serving as a Nurse Manager at a local Columbia hospital, helping people has always been at the heart of what I do. With a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Black Belt certification in LEAN Six Sigma, I’m passionate about leadership, project management, data-driven results, and mentoring the next generation of nurses.

A Strong Foundation in Service and Family

Dennis and I first met in 1995 while he was serving in the Navy. Together, we've raised four incredible sons—three of whom chose military service themselves. Today, we are a proud military family with two Navy veterans and one active-duty Airman.

Joining Forces with American Jewell Realty

When Dennis and I opened American Jewell Realty, I knew I wanted to contribute more directly. Earning my REALTOR® license allowed me to blend my advocacy skills from nursing into the real estate world, ensuring that every client receives personalized support and attention—whether buying, selling, or navigating the journey in between.

Life on the Farm

In my spare time, I run American Jewell Farm, where I raise and show high-quality Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats. Every year, we welcome 40–50 kids during kidding season, sharing the joy with clients at our annual FARM DAY and even surprising title companies with the occasional baby goat visit! We also love bringing our goats to local preschools, nursing homes, and my hospital during Nurses Week celebrations.

I’m Ethan Jordan, the newest member of Dennis Jordan & Associates. Before stepping into real estate, I served as a Nuclear Reactor Operator in the U.S. Navy—a role that demanded intense focus, accountability, and teamwork.

The Jordan Family Story

In 2006, my wife Mary and I moved to Columbia, Missouri, with our four sons after my service in the U.S. Navy. We wanted to be closer to Mary’s family, but as we settled in, we discovered an even deeper connection to the region. My ancestors, the Jewell family, played a significant role in shaping Columbia. William Jewell, a former mayor and activist, was instrumental in developing the city—paving roads, building hospitals, and supporting institutions like the University of Missouri and Stephens College. He later went on to establish William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.
